To protect renters during the Covid19-crisis Sven decided to present a draft law allowing renters under economic duress to defer their rent payments and be protected from eviction under the proposed terms.
The law has been proposed on April 2nd, 2020, and accepted on April 17th when it was sent to the Committee on Housing. The committee has yet to discuss the text.
