I'm both a Member of Parliament and an entrepreneur. Voters should be able to see exactly what my interests are and how I keep the two apart. Transparency has been a core Pirate demand since I co-founded the party. It's why I pushed for the Chamber's transparency register for interest representatives, which was adopted in December 2021.

taxx.lu: Co-founded in 2018. atHome Group took a majority stake in 2021 and acquired the company in 2024. I no longer hold an interest.

How I handle potential conflicts

When a debate, question or vote directly concerns a company I'm involved in, I declare the interest beforehand, as the code of conduct requires.
I don't use my mandate, parliamentary questions or official contacts to promote my companies, and my companies don't use my title in their commercial communication.
My political communication and my companies' communication are kept separate, including separate mailing lists.
