Questions on RBE fees, fines, and access after the CJEU struck down unrestricted public access in 2022. Later questions document refusals of access.

Outcome so far

Public access ended following the CJEU judgment (answer to QP 7324); no visible national widening since.

Status

Dormant since 2023.
