112 emergency centre, CGDIS staffing and resilience

Repeated questions on staff leaving the 112/113 call centre and on its organisation after the 2018 reform. Later questions cover how 112 performed during the July 2025 POST outage and how suicide-risk calls are handled.

Outcome so far

No visible staffing change; 112/113 multihomed and working during the outage; dedicated suicide-call training planned for 2026 (QP 4338).

Status

Answered; a question on aerial firefighting (QP 4592) is pending.

What I'm asking next

Headcount and vacancies at the call centre, and whether the 2026 suicide-call training took place.
