Transparency, access to documents and lobbying
Questions on the lobby register, application of the 2018 open-administration law, archiving of ministers' messages and senior-official appointments. They also cover access to the RTL concession contract and state board fees.
Outcome so far
Questions on the RTL concession contract led to a court case: after the Tribunal administratif declined jurisdiction in 2020, the Cour administrative ruled on 26 January 2021 that a deputy has a right of access to such contracts (the "arrêt Clement"). In parallel, the Chamber adopted Sven Clement’s proposal for a transparency register of interest representatives in December 2021; its reform was agreed in committee in May 2025.
